Mission of One Human Community

One Human Community was founded to relieve hardship during the transition to the “new” economy – that followed the 2008 Great Recession – while high unemployment and home foreclosures were devastating the community. Today, Avo Keshishyan and Revered Enrich focus on overcoming and preventing poverty.

The mission of One Human Community is to champion education and promote financial literacy in San Fernando Valley, CA and beyond.

With more than eleven years of experience fighting and relieving poverty Avo realized that:
• chronic poverty is usually caused by lack of education
• prosperous future can be built with financial literacy

Ultimately, no one can solve your problems for you; no one can lift you up; no one can change your life. But YOU can!

Poverty and helplessness are temporary. It’s never too late to start building your power: read, take classes to improve your earning power, and just as importantly: financial literacy! Once you understand how money works, you won’t be poor.
